Commercial Mold Remediation

This customer has a medical facility and they started to notice mold growth on a cabinet in an office they use regularly. Once they saw the mold they contacted our office immediately and we had a mold estimator on site the same day to look at the damage and come up with a plan of action with the customer. Once the plan was set we began services, we first set up containment in the room we were to be working in as to not cross contaminate other area of the building, we removed the cabinet and disposed of it because it was heavily damaged by the mold, we then removed all affected drywall and set up equipment to remove the mold spores from the air. Equipment was left in there for 3 days and then removed. We also were able to provide this customer with a rebuild estimate.
