SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian received a call in March from a homeowner that noticed mold on a basement bedroom wall. They called us, because a neighbor said we were mold remediation specialists. All mold infested materials were removed.

This single-family home in Odenton, Maryland encountered mold growth in their basement. This mold could have possibly come from moisture in the basement. As you can see from the photos, the drywall was affected by the mold.
