Do you know each SERVPRO franchise is independently owned and operated? The SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian franchise is owned by Diane Whittles. Diane has spent her entire life in Anne Arundel County, and is proud of the business she created.

Diane became the owner of SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park after her husband passed away in 2012.  Our franchise is a woman-owned minority business enterprise and certified by the state of Maryland.  Since Diane’s time at the helm, she has grown the business exponentially. In 2018, she purchased her third SERVPRO franchise, SERVPRO OF Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore.

SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian has been so successful because of the team Diane has put together. The team is well-trained and highly educated.
