Runway to Success
1/12/2018 (Permalink)
Heading to Orlando this summer, thanks to Southwest.
Building a business in Annapolis has been a terrific opportunity for our owners. It has been over 40 years and there are still new opportunities that become available to help small companies like ours. We found out today that we have been awarded a round trip ticket to attend a conference this summer. Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation and Southwest Airlines teamed up to host Runway to Success for local businesses.
SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian submitted an application in 2017 in the hopes of funding the travel for a conference that will enhance our team’s knowledge of trends in the water damage, fire restoration and mold remediation arenas.
You can see what other local companies were awarded tickets from Southwest here.
We will be sure to share everything we learn with you and our crews this summer.
Our IICRC certified techs are available now to help with frozen pipes, water or fire damage at 410.647.8181.

It is not talked about often but, testicular cancer, the leading cancer in men 15-44, can strike at any age, yet it's hardly talked about. When detected early, it has a survival rate of over 95%. Are you “Ready for whatever happens?”
Preparation is a key component for making it through any size disaster, whether it’s a small water leak, a large fire, or an area flood. The best time to plan for such events is not when the event happens, but well before it happens.
The SERVPRO® Emergency READY Profile serves as a quick reference of important building and contact information or can be an ideal supplement to any well-designed emergency preparedness or existing contingency program. Rather than simply reacting to disaster situations, most prefer proactive measures to establish a relationship with a restoration services company.
By working with SERVPRO® of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian to develop your personalized Emergency READY Profile your business will receive the benefit of over 40 years of experience in reducing the impact of any natural or man-made disaster. SERVPRO® is a leader in water and fire damage response and can help you quickly get your property back in working order.

Green Light a Vet
11/3/2015 (Permalink)
SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian is proud to honor the veterans in this community.
SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian is proud to be a part of this National Campaign that shows our support for the men and women who bravely served our country. We will be changing the light in our lobby to green to show our appreciation for the veteran’s in our community. If you would like to join us, read the information below and check out www.greenlightavet.com.
WHAT IS GREENLIGHT A VET?
America’s veterans are some of our nation’s bravest, hardest-working men and women. However, it’s hard to show them the appreciation they deserve when, back home and out of uniform, they’re more camouflaged than ever. Greenlight A Vet is a campaign to establish visible national support for our veterans by changing one light to green.
THE MEANING OF GREEN
Green is the color of hope, renewal and well-being. “Greenlight” is also a term commonly used to activate forward movement. The simple action of changing one light to green is intended to spark a national conversation regarding the recognition of veterans, and “greenlight” them forward as valued members of our communities.
CHANGE ONE LIGHT TO GREEN
Change one light to green in a visible location-on your porch, in your home, or at your office-and keep it glowing every day as a symbol of appreciation and support for our veterans. Then, share your support by taking a picture of your green light and posting it using the hashtag #greenlightavet.
