SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/Lothian accomplished what feels like miracle work.   Our building was deluged with flooding born of a pipe-leak that went unnoticed for an entire weekend.  On Sunday, it was discovered that prolific gallons of water had flooded floors and ceilings of multiple floors.  Enter SERVPRO to the rescue!  When we returned to our building two days later, much like Rip Van Winkle after a long slumber, it was as though no calamity had ever happened -- as though SERVPRO had miraculously rolled back the clock to before the calamity! There was not even a hint of moisture or mildew.  I give big kudos to the entire SERVPRO gang that toiled tirelessly around the clock to get us back to work so that we could perform the mission of serving the citizens of Anne Arundel County.  By extension, SERVPRO served the citizens of Anne Arundel County!  A job very well done.  Thank you, SERVPRO.

(Water Damage) – I am writing to thank you for the amazing service that SERVPRO afforded my mother other the past 2 months.  After experiencing a water damage I called the insurance company, then turned to SERVPRO.

They arrived within 2 hours and Justin and his crew swept out water and set up their machines.  They did the same for the apartment below – the owner was on holiday, so I suspect they moved the furniture around too.

The next morning I met with Chris, he outlined all of the problems for, met with State Farm Insurance agent and communicated regularly with the management company (as well as, all of the subcontractors).
